What are credits and how do they work?
One credit gets you one session, Cook Together or Eat & Chat. Free accounts include 2 sessions a month, and you can top up with a pack of 5 credits for €7.50 at any time.
Do unused credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account and roll over from month to month, so you can use them whenever it suits you.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel your membership anytime, and it stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
What's included in a Live Event?
A Live Event is a monthly session hosted by an external chef or cultural guide, cooking a traditional recipe from another part of the world. Groups stay small and the session is moderated. Pricing varies by event.
Is there a subscription plan?
Cookini Member is €7.50 a month and includes 5 credits, priority matching, saved recipes with guided videos, community meetups, and your own cooking group. If you'd rather pay as you go, stay on Free and buy a credit pack when you need one.
